I have 10+ years of experience, is CAP for me?

We do not recommend transitions when you're so far ahead in your career. Transitions into Product Management are suited better for candidates with 0-6 years of experience. Anyone with 7+ years of experience without relevant prior experience, finds it difficult to break into an entry level PM role.
