How does interview prep happen in CAP?
Interview preparation is a big component of the CAP.
Through the course of the program, each candidate interviews with experts- on hard skills as well as soft skills.
After each interview, candidates receive structured feedback on their strengths and blind spots.
By the end of the program every candidate will have completed 20+ interviews, which makes them very confident about interacting with potential employers.
